Lexington, Ky., July 15, 2008 – Two national restaurant chains and a national apparel retailer are joining Richmond Centre, soon to be one of the largest retail destinations of its kind in Kentucky.

Recently named “Best Burger Chain in USA” by Restaurants and Institutions Magazine, Culver’s (3,954 square feet) will serve fresh, delicious food with a side of hospitality. The restaurant is best known for its signature Butter Burgers, which are served fresh, never frozen, 100% U.S.-raised beef and seared on a hot grill. The restaurant will also serve 45 additional palate-pleasing items including crisp, garden-fresh salads, savory sandwiches and scrumptious home-style dinners.

In addition, Culver’s is known for its fresh, frozen custards served in a variety of flavors, including caramel cashew, peanut butter ripple and brownie thunder. Culver’s is expected to open this fall.

“Richmond Centre is a great development in a thriving area with a strong retail lineup,” said Tom Goldsmith, director of development for Culver’s. “We have received good reception from area residents and we look forward to opening our sixth Kentucky location here."

Logan’s Roadhouse (6,946 square feet) revisits the classic roadhouse from days past and brings it to life in a modern way through its welcoming hospitality, attentive service and an upbeat atmosphere. The restaurant is known for great mesquite-grilled steaks, ice-cold longnecks, mouthwatering made-from-scratch yeast rolls, and bottomless buckets of in-shell peanuts.

The high-quality, moderately priced menu features more than 30 entrees including aged steaks hand-cut fresh on premises, mesquite-grilled chicken, fresh ground steakburgers, baby-back ribs, seafood, and specialty salads made from only the freshest ingredients. Logan’s will open in the fall of 2008.

“Our team searches the country for the best restaurant sites and we’re excited about opening our fourth location in the Lexington area,” said Tom Vogel, president and chief executive officer of Logan’s Roadhouse.
