National Retailers, T.J. Maxx and Hastings, Join Richmond Centre Anchors

Charlotte, N.C., March 19, 2008 – A variety of national retailers are joining Richmond Centre, soon to be one of the largest retail destinations of its kind in Kentucky. T.J. Maxx and Hastings will open late this year, joining previously announced anchors of Meijer, Home Depot, Belk, JCPenney and Cinemark.

“The addition of these fine retailers will give Richmond residents the opportunity to have great shopping in their own community,” said Charles Thrift, senior leasing associate for Crosland. “We look forward to welcoming them to our growing mix of tenants.”

T.J. Maxx (25,000 square feet) will offer amazing savings every day on brand name and designer fashions for the entire family and home. Customers can find an incredible, ever-changing assortment of accessories including jewelry, ladies’ shoes, handbags, belts and luggage. T.J. Maxx will offer a variety of customer conveniences, including layaway and gift cards.

Hastings Entertainment (22,500 square feet) is a leading multimedia entertainment retailer that combines the sale of new and used CDs, books, videos and video games, as well as boutique merchandise, with the rental of videos and video games in a superstore format. Hastings will be open seven days-a-week.
